The main working principle of the equipment is: chopsticks are placed at the feeding position by a feeder or manually, the manipulator automatically takes the chopsticks to the CCD detection position. The CCD is responsible for detecting whether the chopstick's appearance is defective, mainly checking items such as appearance, length, and color to see if they meet requirements. After detection, the chopsticks move to the next station for sorting and discharge, which is carried out by trays and conveyor belts. The tray can store many products, automatically switching to another tray when full. The conveyor belt is divided into three layers, each transporting different chopsticks. An air cylinder is responsible for sorting which layer of the conveyor belt the chopsticks enter. This air cylinder sorting structure and idea is very ingeniously designed, not elaborated here, but those interested can download and study it.
