The workflow of the equipment is as follows: CG glass is manually loaded, then a robotic arm picks it up and the first set of visual correction is performed to determine its position. Meanwhile, the backlight module is loaded from another line. After the second set of visual inspection, the position is determined, and the robotic arm automatically attaches the CG glass to the backlight to complete automatic assembly. Then, the third set of visual inspection checks the attachment accuracy. Once completed, the assembled unit is discharged from the machine via the assembly line.
