This equipment is used for the length-width-thickness measurement process in the mobile phone battery production line. To avoid damage to the battery cells caused by mechanical testing methods, this equipment uses CCD vision measurement for length and width testing. The testing resolution is 0.005mm, employing high-precision industrial cameras. It includes thickness measurement and head thickness measurement. The equipment dimensions are 1200X1450X1900, with a design capacity of 900PCS/h. The equipment details are clear and provided for reference in the proposal.
