Automated Character Inspection Machine
This device is used for complete disk-based product character inspection. Once the entire disk with products is positioned, testing can proceed. Product spacing and quantity can be set. The design accommodates two disks for testing, allowing manual loading and unloading without stopping the machine. When defective products appear, a laser pointer highlights them for easy removal.
