This is a 3D model of an originally designed semi-automatic fixed-length cutting machine. The design of the drawing is reasonable and can effectively improve production efficiency, requiring only one person to operate. The structure of the drawing is very detailed, including engineering drawings and a parts list. The drawings have been used in actual production. Working principle of the equipment: The operator places the product on the fixed clamp board. Once the sensor detects the position, pressing the dual-hand start switch causes the clamp to automatically secure the product. The cutting dies on both sides are precisely positioned via lead screws driven by servo motors and then automatically cut.
