BMC Encapsulated Stator Cooling Line

This model is a BMC encapsulated stator cooling line, used in the encapsulation workshop of a motor manufacturing company. After BMC injection molding, the stator temperature reaches around 120℃. At this temperature, the motor body temperature is not conducive to subsequent stator performance testing. The natural air cooling speed is relatively slow, affecting production efficiency and causing significant accumulation between subsequent processes. Therefore, external conditions are required for rapid cooling. An axial fan is used to accelerate stator cooling. The line body adopts a double-layer 2.5-speed chain, and the front and rear mechanisms use stepper motors with a ball screw structure. The file includes formats like sldasm/stp/igs/x_t, which can be edited.
