Belt Conveyor
Also known as a rubber belt conveyor, it is widely used across various industries such as home appliances, electronics, electrical appliances, machinery, tobacco, injection molding, postal services, printing, and food, for assembly, inspection, debugging, packaging, and transportation of items. A belt conveyor is a mechanical device that transports materials in a continuous manner through frictional drive. It mainly consists of a frame, conveyor belt, idlers, rollers, tensioning device, and a driving device. The belt conveyor can establish a material conveying process on a defined conveying line from the initial feeding point to the final discharge point. It can transport both bulk materials and individual items. In addition to simple material conveyance, it can be integrated with the process requirements of industrial production processes to form a rhythmic assembly line transportation system.
