Bearing Inner Ring Press is a non-standard automated press-fitting machine. This equipment is used for press-fitting the bearing inner ring after the assembly of the hub and knuckle.
The equipment utilizes a gas-liquid pressurization system for driving, providing a stable pressing process with minimal impact.
During the operation of this equipment, pneumatic servo systems are required to move the hub onto the knuckle (for one product type, HBQX, a 180° rotation is performed first, then it is translated onto the knuckle before being divided into two product types, with one directly undergoing press-fitting).
