BBQ Branding Machine

To improve customer production capacity, this branding machine was designed and manufactured. The branding strips are heated with natural gas, and both the upper and lower branding strips have flame nozzles. Materials (such as slices of eggplant) are placed on the branding strips, with multiple branding strips driven by a motor transmission. The branding is completed simultaneously as the strips move forward. The inlet and outlet for material feeding and discharging are convenient and automatic. Additionally, several details are added: 1. Both upper and lower branding strips are equipped with brushes for residue removal. 2. The upper branding strip is equipped with a residue collection tray. 3. A spring is added to ensure the tension of the branding strip, which can be adjusted up and down with screws.
