This loading device is for cylindrical nickel-metal hydride batteries and cylindrical lithium batteries. It uses a standard-sized plastic basin (filled with batteries) that is manually placed into the loading rack. The device automatically dispenses the batteries, supplying them sequentially. After the basin is manually loaded, the device achieves fully automatic feeding, with automatic start and stop, which is the current loading method used in battery factories.
