Online automatic welding parts are transferred using a loop conveyor system. After the loading gripper places the material, it immediately returns to pick up the next piece and stands by. Once welding is completed, the finished material is unloaded by the unloading gripper, and the welding platform immediately moves to the loading position to start the next cycle. The gripper then moves to the unloading line to stand by for releasing material.
