The automatic foam pressing equipment for batteries is suitable for headphone and wristband pressing equipment. It uses vacuum adsorption with foam that is guided and positioned by a locating pin. The downward pressure employs a pressure sensor to feedback pressure values. The Z-axis pressing drive uses a lead screw and servo motor to prevent control and, when used in conjunction with a pressure sensor, precisely control the pressing force. The equipment is already in production.
