1. Product Loading: The material produced by the injection molding workshop is loaded into Tray trays. Workers place the Tray trays onto the entry conveyor belt of the machine. The equipment automatically conveys them to the pick-up position and positions the Tray trays.
2. Product Unloading: After the detection of the products is completed, the products are arranged by a robot, and once the entire Tray is filled, the output device is operated manually to remove and then package the trays.
3. Detection: A line scan camera is used to inspect two sides. An electric cylinder moves the product under the inspection station, completing a back and forth process, with each process inspecting one side of the product. After the inspection is completed, the product returns to the loading position and is then removed from the inspection mechanism by an unloading mechanism and placed into a collection box.
