The 3D model of the car air conditioning panel assembly line designed using PROE5.0 contains over 700 PRT files and is more than 120MB when packed, making it very large and detailed. During the assembly work cycle of the car air conditioning assembly line, product inspection and assembly steps are recorded, and Poka-Yoke mistake-proofing technology is utilized. If there is an error in the operation sequence or a step is missing, the unlock action cannot be generated. Operators at various workstations can select the correct working parameters from a given database to implement parameter settings.
