Automobile Valve Assembling Machine Throttle Slide Valve Non-Standard Automation Equipment

KV026-Automobile Valve Automation Equipment A set of complex automobile valve assembly automation equipment, this equipment is the first automobile valve throttle slide valve switch type parts automation assembly machine in the country. The bus running speed is fast, able to assemble 800-1000 valve products per hour. The equipment is divided into two machine stations. First, it performs pre-assembly of products; the other machine station is the final assembly machine. With these two stations, more than ten parts are assembled. The operating method of this equipment is a turntable type, consisting of rotary tables with 10 and 12 stations. The pre-assembly station has a 12-station rotary table. Firstly, each part is manually placed into a vibrating disk for feeding, conveying, and distributing. The vibrating disk is custom-made due to different product shapes, so, as seen from images, vibrating disks vary in size—because the product size differs. After being conveyed from the vibrating disk, distribution occurs. The feeding is unified through linear vibration feeding, which operates in conjunction with the vibrating disk. The distribution mechanism differs as well; with different product shapes, different distribution methods are applied. Here, distribution is done from the bottom by pushing from the left side, or locating through stepper motor rotation. For more challenging distribution, we use CCD visual positioning methods. Therefore, the structure of this line contains nearly all common structures and practices used in automation equipment. Each station corresponds to assembling different products. Products distributed are directly grasped by the manipulator into the turntable for assembly. One station completes its task, rotates to the next, sequentially completing all component pre-assembly. After completing these actions, a discharging manipulator grips the semi-finished product to the conveyor belt, which transports it to another station. When the sensor in the conveyor belt detects product entry, it starts gripping semi-finished products into the turntable in the final assembly station for complete assembly. The turntable is distributed with 10 stations, each corresponding to assembling a component, until all components are assembled, and then discharging is performed. The discharge manipulator places the finished product into the discharge box. The above is the operational principle and process flow of this equipment. Due to the many stations, detailed structure, and functional implementation, it is necessary to download and open the drawings for research. As the drawings are quite large, up to 700MB after decompression, choose a location with a fast network speed to download to avoid interruption. The drawings are very complete, clearly showing all structures, making them excellent for studying and referencing for structural borrowing or graduation design. Of course, it can also be used to make similar products with just minor modifications, producing another different device. This is currently one of the most valuable devices for analysis and research in the automation industry.
