The V213 guide rail is a guide rail for a certain type of car sunroof that requires chamfering on both ends, demanding mass production with assured quality. Currently, there is no equipment on the market of the same specifications. A non-standard equipment designed to meet these production requirements is performing well at the moment.

The digital model of this equipment was modeled with CREO 3.0 and has now been packaged into a universal STP format, which can be opened with various 3D software.
This structure does not use motor feeding, but instead uses a cylinder with a precision buffer control, which greatly reduces design and manufacturing costs and also significantly lowers the difficulty of control.
