It operates by using a robotic arm to pick up items from the die-casting equipment and place them on the finished product die-casting conveyor belt. The robotic arm then transfers the items to the splitter fixture for ultrasonic splitting. Waste material is returned to the die-casting equipment via the lower conveyor belt for recycling.
