The spacing adjustment of the soldering iron group is automatically adjusted by a servo motor equipped with a grating ruler. 3. The equipment is a non-standard configuration composed of three servo screw modules (X/Y/Z) and two stepper motors (U-axis). 4. The equipment operating system is written by our company and can achieve one-click import of coordinates (customer needs to provide product solder point coordinates). 5. The flipping of the product's front and back is automatically realized by a servo motor equipped with a gear reducer. 6. The dual-head soldering machine is expected to have a soldering efficiency of 1.5s per single solder joint. 7. The machine can automatically alarm, pause, and can be quickly resumed after manual alarm clearance. 8. The equipment is equipped with a safety light curtain.
