This equipment is a non-standard custom automatic loading and unloading QR code labeling and detection integrated machine for charger shells. The materials are supplied using tray feeding, with an automatic tray loading and unloading machine. A robotic arm takes the product from the tray and places it on the fixture reflux line. It flows to the other end where the robotic arm places the product onto a turntable for sequential operations such as mold number detection, labeling, inspection, and unloading. The drawings of the automatic loading and unloading machine, QR code labeling machine, and inspection machine for mobile phone chargers are for reference only and should not be used for other purposes.
