Automatic laser welding loading and unloading equipment utilizes a dual vibratory bowl feeding method. It switches between vibratory bowl feeding based on different production needs and adopts a square-shaped conveyor line for overall transportation. Empty Trays interface with upstream equipment for automatic feeding. A robot arm completes the stacking after laser welding of the products. Stacking is handled using an elevating bin method, and the final results are inspected by CCD. The equipment currently in production operates stably.
