This automatic corner folding machine is used for folding the corners of the battery cell's tabs. The equipment consists of a battery cell fixed platform, tab corner folding mechanism, etc. The equipment can be adjusted in the X, Y, Z three-axis directions according to different battery cell sizes. The adjustment range for the X-axis, which is in the direction of movement, is 90mm. The adjustment range for the Y-axis rear-end stop block is 50mm, and the Z-axis allows for precise adjustments with a range of 5mm.
