Automatic E-Type Positioning Tape Applicator Machine

This device is used for the E-type positioning adhesive tape application process on a mobile phone battery production line. The battery enters the device from the feeding port via belt transmission, and is positioned by the positioning mechanism on the belt. The linked mechanical arm picks up the battery onto the positioning belt. The suction head on the adhesive application module takes the adhesive tape and applies it to the front side of the battery. The device does not include an adhesive wrapping module, which requires manual wrapping after discharge. The designed production capacity is 1000 PCS/h, the device dimensions are 1200X750X1900. The device module is clearly completed, and the structural design is clear, for use as a proposal reference.
