The equipment is composed of a tray paper pad feeding system, tray conveyor line, finished product conveyor line, packaging line (preparation packaging line), and robots.
1) Tray Conveyor Line: This line is composed of a main drive direction by transport rollers, side drive direction using belts, drive reducer, photoelectric switch, aluminum profile frame, etc. The rollers are made of stainless steel 304, drive reducer is quality from Taiwan, profiles are quality national standard.
2) Finished Product Conveyor Line: This line is composed of a main drive direction by transport rollers, side drive direction using belts, drive reducer, photoelectric switch, aluminum profile frame, etc. The rollers are made of stainless steel 304, drive reducer is quality from Taiwan, profiles are quality national standard;
3) Packaging Line (Preparation Packaging Line): This mechanism is composed of a belt feeder and lifting mechanism. When receiving trays, it descends and rises after entry to load dumplings. The packaging line and preparation packaging line work alternately to achieve seamless packaging.
