Automated Vibratory Bowl Feeder Distributing Turntable Type Precision Assembly Machine Equipment (Can Directly Output Drawings)
A set of non-standard assembly equipment with a mechanical arm, vibratory bowl, and turntable structure, complete with excellent drawings. This equipment is of the assembly type, mainly assembling four types of components: 1. Plastic parts, 2. Valve body parts, 3. Connectors, 4. O-ring seals. These components are fed and distributed by four different vibratory bowls. Through the turntable transmission clamping fixture assembly line, precise assembly is done in workstations. Once completed, it enters the next workstation of the turntable composed of an 8-station indexer structure, also called an indexing table. The assembly action principle of each workstation is the same, only the assembled products differ. Once all components are assembled, they enter the final workstation, which is the unloading station. Each component has a precise positioning detection mechanism before assembly, ensuring the equipment's productivity and precision. Since the products are relatively irregular, the feeding, distributing, and precise positioning of the vibratory bowl pose a challenge for this equipment, making the distribution structure particularly complex. This complexity is also a highlight of this equipment. After feeding and positioning, parts are clamped and positioned by the mechanism, then placed into the turntable for assembly.
