This assembly line uses a pneumatic cylinder transfer mechanism to perform insertion pin tasks. By adopting a conveyor belt style transmission, it can increase production rates and capacity. The linear transmission design is more convenient for maintenance and upkeep. Lines can be easily and quickly adjusted and tested, and replacing consumable parts is more convenient. The theoretical capacity of this linear design is improved.
