The rotor cover heating furnace rotor is manually loaded onto the board conveyor. The side clamping positions the board carrier module to grab and transfer it into the carrier. It is then moved to the fixture where the rotor is pressed down to ensure the same height. The module then grabs it to the heating furnace. After completion, the module grabs the rotor for unloading. The fixture is returned for processing. The automated rotor cover heating furnace line equipment includes a produced BOM and XT format file.
