The automated beer carton packing diagram is part of the end-of-line automated packing system in the beer line. This part is divided into two transport sections: one for transporting beer cartons and the other for transporting unpacked beers. When the unpacked beers are sensed as being in place, five bottles are grasped at a time. The gripping device is designed quite ingeniously. The solenoid valve on this machine is exposed for easy adjustment, and the bottle conveyor line on both sides is also fine-tunable, allowing for compatibility with different product specifications.
