Fully automated mask production line, this machine has a high degree of automation and is controlled by PLC programming. It can complete mask strap embossing, edging, and cutting in one step. The special manufacturing process ensures that during mask production, the edging does not deform after processing, the edge patterns are clear, the edging is uniform and the efficiency is high, and it effectively guarantees the quality of the produced masks. The inner layer of the 3M mask machine forms a cup shape using cotton hot pressing; the outer layer mask is formed, using non-woven fabric, melt-blown fabric, and activated carbon to make into sheets; multiple layers of masks are pressed together, with the outer layer and inner layer pressed into one layer of the mask, then edge cutting and welding are performed.
