The overall width of the Audi R8 is 1900mm, with a length and height of 4430mm and 1250mm respectively. The long wheelbase of 2650mm provides ample space for the two-seat cockpit. The R8 body hugs the road, with a muscular rear end, and a well-coordinated design in the transition area between the car door and the side air vents. Behind the car doors, between the wheel arches and the roof, there are large air intakes that provide sufficient airflow for the V8 engine's intake and cooling.
