Source files are shared, and STP documents are also provided. Polishing and grinding equipment is essential for major brands like Apple, Samsung, Huawei, and Xiaomi. Taking Apple as an example, many smartphone shells now use metal, with aluminum shells being the most common. After metal smartphones are processed by CNC, they need to be ground and polished to remove surface tool marks, ensuring a beautiful finish after surface treatment. This set of drawings is specifically designed for grinding the outer shells of tablets. On both sides are the loading and unloading conveyors; one side is for automatic loading, and the other is for automatic unloading. The rotary table in the middle is used for switching work positions. The three-axis structure behind the rotary table is the grinding mechanism's polishing wheel for the tablet's outer shell.
