This equipment is used for finished product testing of speaker units in Apple earphones, and the workstations include: frequency response testing, QR code engraving and scanning, vibration bowl feeding for protective covers, applying mold release agent, Epson robotic arm palletizing and unloading, TRAY automatic storage. Currently, this equipment has been put into mass production and is suitable for reference and learning by companies in the acoustic automation field. Designed with PROE 5.0, parameters are editable. It is a fully automated production line for mobile phone accessories.
