The test force is adjustable, with an adjustment range: 0~1KG; equipped with a set of computers and software to record the number of tests; can accurately record the force exerted on the product and stop the machine in emergencies. It has electrical safety settings. The automatic force control mechanism adopts a pulse-type servo motor driving a ball screw nut mechanism, pressing down to the contact force between the test roller and the mouse roller. The force is set via a pressure sensor, and when the set value is reached, the servo motor stops running.
