ACF Slitting Machine
1. Automatic material feeding. The drum inner diameter is φ75MM, material thickness is 0.15MM, material width is 50MM, and it can accommodate a material length space of 200 meters.
2. The cutter is required to slit the coil into 16 strips of 2.0MM±0.05MM, without noticeable jags or step marks visible to the naked eye. The slitting must be thorough. The fluctuation or snake-like deviation within one meter should not exceed 0.1MM.
3. The cutter's service life should not be less than 3000 hours, with easy and convenient replacement. Two people should be able to replace it in no more than 2 hours, including the time for alignment. Alignment should not exceed 20 minutes, and each alignment should run for at least 50 hours.
4. The finished product collection is automatic, with adjustable tension. The finished product should not have adhesive separation, scratches, indentations, wrinkles, or cleanliness issues (except when raw material anomalies are the client's responsibility).
5. Finished product storage is as per sample. The collection and release of finished products should be simple and convenient. Once cutting is completed, the collection of materials should switch to the next cycle, and solo operation should be completed within 30 minutes.
6. Waste material needs to be collected, with the replacement cycle synchronized with material replacement.
7. ACF adhesive protection film requires design separation and collection (protection film may separate after cutting).
8. The strip cutting speed and material collection and release must be adjustable in linkage (0~0.5 meters/second), with acceptance at 0.25 meters/second.
9. All parts can be upgraded to a 32-set slitting post-market.
10. The equipment operating environment is a clean environment, free from dust or grinding production. If present, isolation and storage must be set up, with clear marking.
