A measurement device used in the production line of mobile phone lithium batteries, suitable for the process of measuring the length, width, and thickness dimensions of finished cells. The complete equipment includes length, width, thickness, and head thickness measurement, loading and unloading with defective product conveyor belts, and a five-axis linkage manipulator. It is also suitable for block objects. Measurement resolution is 0.001mm, design timing is 3.6 seconds per piece, production capacity is 1000 pieces per hour, equipment yield is greater than 99%. The test contact pressure is adjustable, and non-contact probes prevent large size measurement errors caused by pressure offset. All drives use servo motors, ensuring high repeatability. Overall dimensions of the machine are 1200x1550x1900. It is designed with a touch screen, upper computer panel, offering convenient human-machine interaction and high flexibility.
