4JG0001 - Six-Axis Robot Arm 3D Model, includes SolidWorks 3D original files, SW version engineering drawings, and CAD blueprints, etc.
A six-axis robot has two more joints than a four-axis robot, providing it with more "degrees of freedom."
The first joint of a six-axis robot can rotate freely on the horizontal plane like a four-axis robot, while the latter two joints can move in the vertical plane. Additionally, the six-axis robot has an "arm" and two "wrist" joints, giving it abilities similar to a human arm and wrist.
The additional joints of a six-axis robot enable it to pick up components from any orientation on a horizontal surface and place them into packaged products at specific angles. They can also perform many tasks that would otherwise require skilled workers.
