Assembly Line Structure:
The assembly line features an all-aluminum alloy construction with a triple-speed chain structure. The line's support legs use 50x50 structural profiles. The height of the upper assembly line is 750mm, while the lower line is at a height of 300mm. The line's width is 1300mm, with two workstations spaced 1800mm apart. The upper assembly line has two sets of workstation stoppers, and the lower line also has two sets of workstation stoppers. The conveyor speed is 12 meters per minute.
On the side of the assembly line, there are material box hanging edges, with each workstation equipped with two stainless steel material boxes.
2. Power Tensioning Mechanism:
The power motor utilizes a hollow shaft SEW worm gear reducer motor, installed on the side of the line.
