On the cylinder head and oil distribution plate of the diaphragm machine's membrane head, there is a curved surface processed, forming a gas chamber and an oil chamber respectively with the diaphragm clamped between them. The gas chamber is connected to the inlet and exhaust valve in the cylinder head valve hole, while the oil chamber is connected to the oil chamber in the cylinder through numerous flow guide holes on the oil distribution plate. Bolts around the membrane head fasten the cylinder head, diaphragm, oil distribution plate, and cylinder body together, ensuring that the gas chamber and oil chamber in the membrane head are sealed and leak-free.
