1.5m Concentrated Dehydration Integrated Filter Press 1.5M The belt-type concentrated filter press employs a three-mesh press dewatering method, turning industrial production slurry from sand washing plants or pile drilling (drilling) mud into mud cakes (with a moisture content of approximately 20%--25%, cannot be squeezed out by hand). This facilitates packing and transportation. It effectively dehydrates slurry from mines, piling, drilling, and sand washing, achieving separation of mud and water. The filtered water is clear, can be reused, or discharged. The operation is simple; with the press of a button, the equipment runs fully automatically for 24 hours, with low labor intensity for workers! Vacuum belt filter presses separate sludge and water quickly, with good mud cake peeling and minimal sludge residue. It has excellent sludge dehydration rate and high efficiency with high stability and superior durability. It operates without noise or vibration and consumes little electricity.
