Certain special industries that process large-sized, thick sheet metal pieces with high precision requirements pose stricter demands on the development of bending machines, which must not only possess strong bending pressure but also excellent multi-axis synchronization performance. The main design of the two-dimensional bending machine mechanism is to control the motor speed through a reducer. The motor and the drive shaft are connected via a belt, and between the drive shaft and the driven shaft, they are connected by gears. Between the driven shaft and the slider, a linkage mechanism is used. The main functions implemented by this project are automatic feeding, straightening, and wire bending actions. The primary structure of the two-dimensional bending machine includes bending units, straightening units, transmission units, and reducer units.
