The water shut-off valve production line is designed based on the actual working area of the customer’s site, using both manual and automated methods to meet production requirements. It achieves high-efficiency, high-quality production needs through manual assistance and automated operations, as well as automatic testing. The production line consists of auxiliary production lines and automatic assembly lines, featuring automatic interception, a system for sorting out defective products, and an automatic assembly system. The measurement system is composed of a “leakage detection system,” an “electrical performance monitoring system,” and a “flow detection system.” The production line is designed with a manual assistance workbench and assembly line, with a total length of 6.4 meters and width of 4.4 meters, adopting a circular assembly line with accompanying fixtures to save space and facilitate product turnover, making it more error-proof. Apart from manual assistance stations, products are conveyed through the assembly line. Along the line, corresponding workstations are set based on assembly and testing sequence. Due to the variety of water shut-off valve types, the production line can accommodate or be compatible with the production needs of different models of shut-off valves, ensuring coordinated and unified production rhythm throughout the line. The operating space between the workstations is adequate and practical, being independent yet interconnected.
