The combustion section of the steam engine adopts a double-layer grate combustion chamber, which allows for rapid temperature and pressure increase. It includes a secondary combustion process for unburned gases, ensuring complete combustion and performing smoke and dust removal functions.

The bent water tubes arranged at the upper part of the furnace body form the convective heat area, while the grate tubes and furnace lining at the lower part form the radiant heat area. The furnace structure and flue gas flow are designed with a reasonable layout, ensuring efficient heat transfer.
