This project involves the molding of a vertical injection molding machine, using robots to replace manual labor to accomplish the insertion and removal of metal frames in mobile phone products. The robot gripper grabs two blanks at a time. Before placing them into the mold in the vertical injection molding machine, the robot first removes the finished product from the mold and then places the blank frame. After the robot exits the mold, the vertical injection molding machine moves to the clamping area. The robot then delivers the finished product to the manual unloading side. The robot uses a Fanuc 50KG model, and the gripping mechanism uses a pneumatic spring-loaded floating guide mechanism to meet high-precision insertion requirements.
