Valve body automatic screw-locking machine design model is used to replace the traditional manual screw-tightening process. Manual screw tightening includes both purely manual tightening and tightening using an electric screwdriver or pneumatic screwdriver. The latter generates rotational power through electric or pneumatic means to replace the frequent manual tightening actions, thus reducing the work intensity of screw locking to some extent. However, since manually placing screws and aligning the screw heads still require considerable time and effort, the overall efficiency improvement is relatively limited.
