The fixture moves to the detection position where the positioning pin accurately positions it. The photoelectric detection confirms the positioning, the clamping mechanism secures the fixture, the top probe and the right probe perform detection, and then automatically return to the manual unloading position.
3. The equipment mainly includes a belt conveyor unit, a positioning fixture mechanism, a top probe detection mechanism, a right probe detection mechanism, a clamping mechanism, a fine-tuning mechanism, and a photoelectric detection mechanism. The drawings are complete and editable, containing engineering drawings and a BOM table. Design documentation files are included for reference and study.
