Equipment for heating in a vacuum environment. It is connected to a high vacuum pump system through piping in a furnace sealed with a metal casing or quartz glass cover. The vacuum degree of the furnace can reach 133×(10~10)Pa. The heating system inside the furnace can either directly use resistance furnace wires (such as tungsten wires) to heat by electricity, or use high-frequency induction heating. The maximum temperature can reach around 3000℃. It is mainly used for ceramic firing, vacuum smelting, degassing of electro-vacuum components, annealing, brazing of metal parts, and ceramic-metal sealing.
