U-type high-speed chain, divided into upper and lower double layers. The upper layer pallet moves the workpiece along the working direction, while the lower empty pallet flows back in reverse. The upper and lower layers of the pallet are switched at the two ends through a lift platform, and a 90-degree rotation is achieved at the corners using a gear rack. This high-speed chain was originally used for the main line of new energy battery modules, with stations arranged in sequence on the line body for tab welding, EOL testing, upper cover installation, etc. This line can also be used to implement other multi-station production lines.
