(Strictly prohibited from reprinting) The main purpose is for the motor to drive the three-jaw chuck to rotate at a constant speed, with a heating ring to heat the clamped rotor for welding. The working principle is as follows:_x000D_

One end of the rotor prepared for welding the copper end ring is clamped on the three-jaw chuck, and the other end is fixed by a floating center. After fixing, the solder is evenly applied to the inside of the copper end ring on both sides. After applying evenly, start the motor, which drives the V-belt transmission. The V-belt connects to bevel gears for directional rotation, and the bevel gears drive the three-jaw chuck to rotate at a constant speed. After starting the motor, activate the induction heating rings located on both sides of the copper end rings for heating, and simultaneously initiate the water-cooled circulation rings inside the induction rings to protect the processed rotor shaft from heat deformation again. The copper end rings are heated evenly when the three-jaw chuck rotates until the entire copper end ring is soldered completely. Then, turn off the heating device, followed by the motor, and after the welding area’s temperature decreases, turn off the water-cooled circulation rings._x000D_

Additionally, in the structural layout, the motor is placed horizontally, connected via belt transmission to the bevel gears, and the bevel gears directionally connect to the three-jaw chuck for horizontal rotation. The workpiece being processed is vertically clamped by the three-jaw chuck, with the upper part fixed by the center (Strictly prohibited from reprinting).
