The total inhalation resistance of the respirator should not exceed 350 Pa, and the total exhalation resistance should not exceed 250 Pa. Quantity and requirements of respirator resistance tests: 4 samples, 2 of which are untreated samples, and the other 2 are pretreated samples. If the samples to be tested have different sizes, there should be two samples for each size, one untreated and one pretreated.
Instructions:
1. Check the airtightness and working condition of the testing device, adjust the airflow rate to 85±1 L/min, and set the system resistance of the testing device to 0.
2. Wear the sample on a matching test head form, adjust the wearing position of the mask and the tightness of the headband to ensure a tight fit between the mask and the test head form. Then adjust the airflow rate to 85±1 L/min, measure and record the inhalation resistance.
