The mechanism of this equipment is designed with SW2016 and includes editable part features. Scope of application: Suitable for diameters ∮4～∮22mm, housing length 8~40mm, test voltage from 0V~5VDC. Test items: ESR (1KHz) with fixed current under pulse charge for 60s charging voltage. Test process: Feed the container through a vibrating feeder, transport through flat feeder, transfer by a mechanical hand to the test conveyor chain. Then perform polarity detection, stepper motor automatically reverses. Products with a test voltage greater than 20mV enter the retest bin. Test equivalent series resistance ESR (frequency 1KHz, apply 1mA or 10mA current, detect container terminal voltage V). Internal resistance tester records measured ESR grading interval (high ESR, low ESR). ESR defects directly sorted, then detect open and short circuits, enter the open and short circuit bin. Constant current charging current can be set. Pulsed charge on the test chain for 60s±0.1s. Conduct terminal voltage test on containers; voltage non-conforming products enter the voltage defect bin. Then proceed to load discharge and short circuit discharge sections, with six types respectively placed in corresponding bins. Vibrating feeder system power supply: single-phase AC220V, 50/60Hz. Open and short circuit detection power supply: DC0V-5V 10A. 60s charging voltage detection. Single-channel constant current settable range: 0.01A-5A, accuracy < 1%; charging time: 60s±0.1s; display set value; voltage test accuracy: display value ±1%; ESR test range 0.0001Ω-999.99MΩ; automatic range shifting by set value upper limit mΩ, Ω, KΩ, MΩ; display mode: LCD display accuracy: display value ±1%; setting mode: settable grading interval, display set value.
