The low-temperature drying technology of heat pump sludge is a treatment technology that uses the dry hot air generated by the low-temperature drying system to circulate within the system and dry the sludge. It can dry the sludge with a solids content of 20%, obtained from plate and frame filter presses, belt filter presses, and centrifugal dewatering machines, to 90% solids content dried sludge blocks. The low-temperature drying technology with heat pumps can reduce the sludge volume by one-fourth, requiring only electrical energy without any auxiliary energy sources, and its energy consumption is one-third of conventional drying equipment. This drawing is a SolidWorks assembly drawing that integrates the heat pump system, drying system, and conveying system, including parts and CAD drawings.
